Wellington Conference Centre
Our conference centre in Wellington is available to hire. This page describes the facilities we have to offer and how you can make a booking for your next event.
This centrally located facility has large conference rooms, smaller meeting rooms, outdoor balcony areas (complete with barbeque facilities) and fantastic views over Wellington Harbour.
All rooms have natural lighting and have been architecturally designed with a contemporary feel. Accommodating up to 120 people, the centre is ideal for a variety of corporate events – from small meetings to all-day workshops and after-work cocktail functions.

Fully-integrated audiovisual facilities are available. The large conference rooms are fitted with electronic whiteboards, drop-down high resolution data projectors and projection screens. The smaller meeting rooms have electronic whiteboards and high resolution plasma screens. We have a purpose-built videoconference facility with twin screens, so your meetings can include multiple remote sites and audio participants.
We can take care of all your catering requirements and can accommodate special dietary requirements. Conference centre staff are always on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Parking is available at the TSB Bank Arena on Queens Wharf, just across the road. Casual parking costs $5.00 per half hour to a maximum of $30.00. There is an earlybird parking special of $16.00 for entry before 9.30am and exit before 7pm.
Ibis Wellington is ideally located in the heart of the city on Featherston Street and is easily accessible by bus, train and taxi, with Wellington's cafe lifestyle right at the door step. Within walking distance to the waterfront, parliament and Westpac stadium, Ibis Wellington offers 200 guest rooms. Their stylish refurbished rooms offer more space with modern decor. Guests will experience increased connectivity in the rooms with the ability to connect their media players and digital cameras via new 26 inch flat screen LCD TVs.
