The Central Region serves a highly active and enthusiastic membership of over 6000 members and has five offices:
Professional development
The region offers over 100 professional development courses each year. These programmes are dedicated to providing quality presentations and seminars to assist our members to keep up with their CPD requirements.

The Region has 9 active special interest groups. Most groups have regular committee meetings and organise events and seminars relevant to their demographic.

Central Connection newsletter
The Central Connection newsletter includes coverage of all Central activities, member profiles, business articles and reports from Council, the Local Leadership Team Chair and the Central Region Manager. An electronic newsletter that is emailed to members every alternate fortnight to CPD News and provides information on special interest group meetings, social events and items of general interest to the wider membership.

The Executive Insight Programme gives third and fourth year accounting students the opportunity to spend three days at a host organisation to gain an insight into the workforce at an executive level.
