Chair - Gary Swift FCA

Gary is Chief Executive of Auckland Council Investments Limited, a subsidiary of the Auckland Council responsible for managing the Council's equity investments in Auckland International Airport Limited, Ports of Auckland Limited and a diversified portfolio of financial assets. Prior to this he was CFO of Watercare Services Limited for 12 years has been CFO of a several major corporates following a career in audit in Wellington, London and Toronto. Gary has served on the Council and Board of the Institute and chaired the Institute's Sustainable Development Reporting Committee. He was a finalist for the Accountant of the Year award in 2010.
