Programme Administrator
Our Education and Admissions Division have an exciting role in our Pre-Admissions team based in Christchurch as a Program Administrator. If you are looking for a dynamic and fast paced role that provides variety and utilises your relationship management and communication skills then this may be the opportunity for you.
You’ll be responsible for assisting in the delivery and administration of NZICA’s Professional Competence programs including the development, coordination, printing and dispatching of study materials to our participants. In addition to this you will provide valuable input to the delivery and administration of this program going forward.
This will be a challenging role as NZICA moves towards a collaborated accountancy qualifying program with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and will provide the opportunity for the successful candidate to show initiative to streamline our current processes and procedures.
The transition period will see dual programs being run that will provide exciting opportunities to the successful candidate to enhance their skills. If this sounds like you and you are looking for a new challenge you must be able to demonstrate:
• Experience in an administrator role with a strong coordination focus
• Effective communication skills with a diverse range of individuals
• Ability to plan, monitor and manage your own workload
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Willingness to step outside the scope of the role and apply initiative to make process enhancements
