Manager Regulation and Compliance

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail to join our team as the Manager, Regulation and Compliance.  If you have a background in legal, policy, regulation or compliance and have had experience in a professional services environment then this may be an opportunity for you.

This newly created position reports to the Director, Quality Assurance and will be responsible for managing the process in regards to the Auditor Regulation Act, Public Practices Breaches, Certificate of Public Practice compliance and application of the CPD policy.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the accounting industry rules and regulations as well as proven experience in:

• Legislative compliance and the ability to identify breaches
• Building and maintaining productive professional relationships
• Monitoring, reporting and bench marking compliance
• Policy development and implementation including analysis and research
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to set deadlines.
